We are a small company that takes a pride in our work and service. We
have a huge repeat-buyer rate and thankfully people seem to like dealing
with us! We operate on a common-sense basis, but sometimes issues arise that
need resolving - so here is a short summary of our trading terms and
policies.

Specifications and Prices
We aim to publish all specifications and prices at their most current
level, but we reserve the right to change any detail without prior notice.
Although our best efforts are made to ensure accuracy in our printed and
online material, we are not responsible for errors in prices or
specifications.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you need to
return or exchange sizes on a product please read the following:
*** Any return or exchange request must be made within 30 days of the
original invoice date. Absolutely no cash refund after this time.
*** All returned goods must be received by ActionStations within 14 days of
return request. Goods must be returned in new condition, fit for resale and
with original packaging. Goods returned in a damaged or used state may, at
our absolute discretion, be refused or incur a handling charge.
Return / Exchange Procedure
1- Call our office for a Return Material Authorization #. (RMA#) This
number must be written on the outside of the return box. (NO RETURNS
ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA# VISIBLE ON THE BOX.)
2- Enclose a copy of your original invoice. (A 10% RESTOCK FEE WILL APPLY IF
NO INVOICE IS ENCLOSED.)
3- Enclose a note describing the nature of the return or exchange.
4- Return shipping to be prepaid by customer.
5- On exchanges, ActionStations will pay shipping back to customer.
Payment
We accept major credit cards for payment for phone and online orders. We
do not charge credit cards until your order is being processed for shipping.
You may also mail us a check, but we have to clear this through the bank
before shipping. Please call to ensure you have the correct total including
tax and shipping.
Processing
We are proud of our efficiency at processing orders, but you should allow
24 hrs for your order to be processed before it is shipped. We attempt to
process Premium Shipping Orders the same day they arrive. Some areas are not
eligible for Premium Shipping. Express and Special Orders including Foreign
Shipments attract special handling charges. If you require an order for a
particular date you must advise us ahead of time, and we will do our best to
help.
Warranty
Most goods we carry are warranted for defects of materials or
workmanship. Protection products are expressly not guaranteed to prevent
injury or death, as this is practically unattainable. Manufacturers of our
products aim to provide good protection at an acceptable price of comfort
and performance.
Electronic Products are normally warranted for 6 months against defects of
materials and workmanship only, and this is at the sole discretion of the
manufacturer.
All claims for warranty for goods supplied through a dealer must be through
the supplying dealer.
Show Sales
Goods sold by us at Trade Shows etc are normally considered final. No
refunds or exchanges.
